Rikkokai was founded in 1897 at Nerima Ward and opened a dormitory for international students in 1977. Based on the principle of "personal development", we welcome students from all over the world to provide a place to study and to enhance cross-cultural exchange. We are located in a very calm residential area, near to the one of the big stations in Tokyo, the Ikebukuro Station. All rooms are individual and fully furnished with its own private wi-fi. Each building has common use kitchen, toilets, shower boxes and coin laundry machines.
